IQNavigator, the premier provider of workforce procurement and management software and Exult, Inc., the leading provider of integrated HR Business Process Outsourcing to Global 500 companies, today announced they have signed a 5-year agreement pursuant to which Exult will incorporate IQNavigators technology into Exults integrated service offering.

Exult will incorporate the full IQNavigator contingent workforce management solution as part of the Exult Service Delivery Model
(ESDM)(SM) and the companies will also work together to offer Exult's Global 500 clients an optimized solution for sourcing and procuring contingent workforces. The enhanced Exult solution will streamline this important function and enhance operational and procurement savings.

The IQNavigator solution is a vendor neutral, web-based application designed to allow companies to better source, procure, manage and measure contract and contract-to-hire labor more efficiently and at a lower cost through the end-to-end automation and streamlining of the entire temporary services procurement and management process. As part of the Exult solution, IQNavigator is expected to generate impressive savings, and deliver other immediate benefits including faster on-boarding of contractors, enhanced efficiencies in rate standardization, elimination of over billing, reduced overtime premiums and improved reporting and project management.

"Our agreement with IQNavigator aligns with Exult's overall objectives for streamlining HR processes, leveraging Exult's scale to benefit our clients and continuously evolving the Exult Service Delivery Model with leading-edge ideas and tools," said Kevin Campbell, Exult's chief operating officer. "Most importantly we believe this agreement enables Exult to bring our clients another industry leading solution at an industry leading price; one that will deliver significant savings for Exult and our clients."

"Because Exult is the most respected HR business process outsourcer, our new relationship will help us expand the reach of our high-value business solution both internationally and within new industry verticals," said John Raeder, president and CEO of IQNavigator. "Combining our strengths is strategically sound business for both companies, as it will allow us to jointly create an unprecedented impact on workforce management worldwide."

Exult's selection of IQNavigator followed a six month process through which Exult identified its priority needs and developed standards for selecting contingent workforce management tools it sought to help enhance its offering.

"We are very excited about our partnership with IQNavigator. This relationship enables us to continue evolving our solution set in new areas. Our clients have come to expect from Exult practical solutions that work and drive operational quality and cost improvements," said Steve Unterberger, Exult's Chief of Business Model Architecture. "We have already begun the implementation of this solution internally at Exult and are also actively working on the swift roll-out of this solution to our client populations."

In April 2002, IQNavigator signed a three-year, enterprise-wide agreement with Alcatel USA, the U.S. division of Alcatel, a next-generation communication network provider with over $25 billion in annual sales and approximately 99,000 worldwide employees, operating in more than 130 countries. In January 2002, Exult signed a $700 million, ten-year deal to provide comprehensive Human Resource outsourcing services to Prudential Financial, Inc.
