ProBusiness Services, Inc., a leading HR and business process outsourcing (BPO) services provider, today announced that Thomas H. Sinton, chairman and chief executive officer, and Jeffrey M. Bizzack, executive vice president, sales and marketing, have been recognized by HRO Today as among the "100 Superstars in HR Outsourcing." HRO Today is the US's leading monthly magazine for the Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) industry.
"We picked Tom Sinton and Jeff Bizzack for the 100 Superstars list because they effectively wrote the book on client service in our industry," said Jay Whitehead, president and publisher of HRO Today. "Tom and Jeff helped build ProBusiness into the heavyweight champion of client service and an industry powerhouse dedicated to serving the HR outsourcing needs of large corporations."Some of the nation's largest companies outsource HR and employee administrative services to ProBusiness. Sinton founded ProBusiness 16 years ago in 1986, using the first PC-based payroll system developed for companies with more than 1,000 employees. A 14-year ProBusiness veteran, Bizzack is credited with building the ProBusiness sales organization and selling clients on Sinton's service-oriented vision. With a clear advantage in technology and client service, ProBusiness quickly established itself as a market leader.
"Jeff and I are honored to be included in HRO Today's Top 100 list," said Sinton. "We're part of a terrific organization that successfully built a core base of clients around the delivery of payroll services, and has since grown and expanded into a full-service HR outsourcing services provider. Throughout our growth, Service Excellence has been our focus and is one of the key reasons why ProBusiness enjoys what we believe to be the highest client retention rate in the industry."
ProBusiness combines world-class people and technology to create value for large employers by providing Service Excellence through integrated HR outsourcing solutions that strategically support clients for a lifetime. The company's Centers of Excellence deliver expert service in payroll, human resources, payroll tax, benefits administration, Web self-service and Comprehensive Outsourcing.
