Listen to what Payroll Manager Mirella Alexander has to say about how payroll processes are now managed. Autodesk supplies 2D and 3D imaging products that are used in many industries for architectural and mechanical design, mapping, civil engineering, surveying, film and video production, video game development and Web content development.

Autodesk has four million customers in over 150 countries. Customers include 90% of Fortune 100 firms and 85% of Fortune 500 firms.

Payroll manager Mirella Alexander says that from the first day Autodesk started working with ProBusiness, it experienced a dramatic reduction in time spent on payroll processes. Before ProBusiness, it took Mirella nearly two days to prepare monthly journal entries.

Today, it takes fifteen minutes. Stock option exercise information, which was previously entered manually, is now done with the click of a mouse. ProBusiness' user-friendly interface allows her to make salary changes for employees easily.

More than just a traditional payroll service, ProBusiness is a strategic business partner that helps Autodesk gain a competitive advantage by allowing them to focus resources on their core business. "If it were not for ProBusiness, I would definitely need a bigger staff," says Mirella. "ProBusiness has made my life so much easier."

In addition to providing leading-edge technology, ProBusiness' service and industry expertise are proven winners, too. Account managers have real life experience, and many have earned their CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification. "ProBusiness' service is wonderful!" says Mirella. "All I have to do is call, and my account manager is there for me. If I ask for something, I get it. Whatever the question, the entire team is always there to help me, when I need them."
