T.J. Adams Group, LLC, one of Chicagoland's largest independent insurance brokers and the exclusive Illinois Partner of Assurex Global, today announced a new practice group designed to offer a new risk management solution for clients: Human Capital Management (HCM).

Gregory E. Crawford will lead the operations of the HCM practice as vice president. Mr. Crawford joins T.J. Adams Group with an extensive background in human resources, employee benefits and management consulting and twelve years of experience in the insurance industry.

T.J. Adams Group President and CEO, Kent Nelson comments, "We're excited to have an industry pro like Greg on board. His strong background in marketing, managing compensation and benefits, and executive recruitment make him perfectly suited to lead this new initiative."

HCM is another brick in T.J. Adams Group's wall of value-added services, which the agency has built to surround its customers with the best solutions and to meet an organization's range of risk management-related and insurance needs. Through HCM, T.J. Adams Group will provide its clients with a total human resource outsourcing solution. HCM services will include human resources, risk management, payroll and benefits administration, recruiting, employee development, regulatory compliance and more.

T.J. Adams Group has partnered with AdvanTech Solutions to provide HCM technology and outsourcing services to its clients. Headquartered in Tampa, Florida, AdvanTech Solutions specializes in an integrated human resource offering as the nation's leading HCM company. "AdvanTech provides a wealth of products, coupled with the most powerful HR information system available to enable T.J. Adams Group to solve its clients' HR issues," states Crawford.

"By adding T.J. Adams Group to our unique distribution network, we are able to strengthen our position in the Midwest, a new and exciting geographic priority for us," adds Jack Murray, chief executive officer of AdvanTech Solutions.
