Aon Human Resources Outsourcing is pleased to announce that, together with AT&T, the companies have been selected as "HRO Relationship of the Year" in the Financial & Business Services Sector by HRO World as part of the 2004 HRO Awards.

"This groundbreaking partnership has fundamentally changed the way we do Human Resources at AT&T," said Chris Morena, vice president of Human Resources at AT&T. "The innovative collaboration between AT&T and Aon has delivered excellent service levels, satisfied customers and reduced costs. We're honored to receive this award."

Michael J. Gulotta, vice chairman, Aon Consulting Worldwide, continued, "This honor is a statement to the spirit of partnership between Aon and AT&T. It is also a testament to the work that can be achieved when world-class organizations team up and commit to add value by looking at people practices in a whole new way. All Aon HRO employees are extremely proud of this honor."

The award winners were announced jointly by HRO Today magazine and the HRO World 2004 Congress, held recently in New York.

In May 2002, AT&T entered an agreement with Aon Consulting, combining the talents of AT&T's human resources and payroll organizations with Aon Consulting's core competencies in employee benefits, compensation, employment and other services.

For two years, Aon Consulting has provided AT&T with end-to-end human resources administrative, transaction and payroll services, including the oversight of existing benefit plan service providers. The partnership allows AT&T to efficiently manage these functions, leverage Aon Consulting's leading-edge systems and technology to expand e-enabled services and functionality for AT&T employees and achieve a significant cost savings.

Aon Human Resources Outsourcing works with clients from a variety of industries and serves companies from 50 employees to the Fortune 50. Aon Human Resources Outsourcing is a unit of Aon Consulting.
