Arinso International to implement new HR System for Finnair

Arinso International, the European specialist in HR Management Systems, is proud to announce that it has been selected by Finnair, the leading Northern European aviation service enterprise, to develop a state-of-the-art HR Management & Payroll System for its 8,000 Finnish employees.

The project, which spans 2005 & 2006, is a 3,000 man-days contract. It will consolidate the current SAP HR system at Finnair which will include a complete Finnish Payroll module. Upon completion, the new HR Management System will allow Finnair to streamline HR processes and improve services rendered to the business by the HR department. ARINSO's e-Query will enable HR users to generate extremely fast custom queries against all SAP HR data.

This project is the result of a fruitful collaboration between ARINSO and Finnair, which started early 2004 with the implementation of a Performance Management solution. This solution went successfully live for 500 managers in a very short timeframe using the ARINSO's e-HR QuickStart Template for Performance Management.
