Exult, Inc., the leading provider of integrated HR Business Process Outsourcing to Global 500 companies, today announced that it has signed an agreement with Towers Perrin, one of the world's largest human resource consulting and administration firms, to provide Health & Welfare administration services as part of Exult's services to selected clients.

The relationship enables Exult to offer clients intranet and Internet access to customized and personalized health and welfare benefits. Together, Towers Perrin and Exult will deliver information and transactional capability that will help client employees and their families conveniently and easily manage their benefits programs, while enhancing the benefits service delivery provided by their company.

With round-the-clock access, users will be able to enroll for benefit coverage, see their benefit confirmation statements and current coverage, and link directly to their health benefits carriers' websites.

"Helping our clients deliver advanced health & welfare services to employees is the main focus of our agreement with Towers Perrin," said Jim Madden, Chairman and CEO of Exult. "We are confident that Towers Perrin's offerings are consistent with the Exult Service Delivery Model. Towers Perrin will provide a key tool to Exult's capabilities that we can apply on behalf of clients to better control costs, streamline administrative processes and enhance overall employee satisfaction levels related to health & welfare benefits delivery."

"We are delighted to be teaming with Exult," said Mark Mactas, Chairman and CEO of Towers Perrin. "Our leading-edge, web-based approach will enable the employees and families of Exult's clients to better understand their health benefits, give them the tools to manage those benefits and ultimately provide them with increased individual responsibility, choice and decision-making power in health & welfare related matters."

This new relationship with Towers Perrin is part of Exult's continuing objective to reduce client costs and streamline the delivery process for health & welfare benefits through the implementation of additional customized web-enabled services. Exult's web-enabled HR applications achieve greater efficiency by minimizing the amount of time employees spend on clerical details, reducing the contact with HR staff and customer service representatives for routine administrative issues and decreasing the costs associated with printing and mailing enrollment/benefit communication and summary plan descriptions.
