ARINSO International (Euronext Brussels: ARIN), the market leader in HR Technology in Europe, today announced the acquisition of DPS Consulting in Canada. The deal, which takes effect immediately, confirms ARINSO?s local market leadership in SAP-HR, and provides critical mass in British Columbia (Western Canada), while further enhancing the group?s ability to deliver large projects in Canada. DPS also brings a number of strong client relationships at BC Gas, the City of Vancouver and ICBC (Insurance Corporation British Columbia).
DPS Consulting is an independent consulting boutique in HR Management Systems, employing a small but highly skilled team of consultants in SAP-HR, Business Warehouse and SAP Portals.
