ADP Employer Services International, a leading worldwide provider of integrated outsourced payroll, benefits and human resource services, announced it has expanded its global Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) business with the launch of a new European HRO center in Prague. The center, which opened its doors in January 2006, serves as the European service hub for ADP® GlobalView(SM) HRO clients and employees.

The opening of the Prague operations reinforces ADP's strong commitment to the global HRO market. "We've been exceptionally pleased with the strong market acceptance of our GlobalView offering," said Mike Capone, Vice President and General Manager of ADP GlobalView. Forty-eight multinational companies representing close to 450,000 employees globally, have selected ADP GlobalView as their HRO solution, with initial contract commitments that typically cover five or more countries for a period of five or more years.

"The Prague operation effectively extends service capabilities for our growing European client base, while integrating with our extensive global service network," Capone added. The center in Prague serves European employees of GlobalView clients, such as Netherlands-based supermarket retailer Ahold. The center in Prague integrates with the Americas center in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, and the Asia-Pacific center in Hyderabad, India. The centers all operate on the same platform, effectively providing global visibility and fueling GlobalView payroll and HR service for multinational employers across the world.

Dominique Thomann, Vice President and General Manager GlobalView Europe, credits Prague's strategic location as a key factor in enabling a strong global service model. "ADP chose to locate the European HRO center in Prague for the city's ability to attract skilled multilingual employees, as well as its strong technology infrastructure," Thomann stated.
