Assessing and Evaluating - Shared services or BPO, which solution is right for your organization? (1-day course, December 4th, 9am - 6 pm)
Shaping and Selling the HR business case - Developing a transparent case for change (1-day course, December 5th, 9 am to 5 pm*)
Managing People Issues - The heart of successful business transformation (1-day course, December 6th, 9 am to 6 pm)

*In the evening of December 5th ( 5 to 7 pm) as a special FREE addition to the HROA training series, members of the HROA Europe Board will lead a two hour open discussion on the current strategies that European organisations are adopting to transform their HR functions and service providers are using for providing HR outsourcing services. This Session will be the opportunity to question industry insiders with an unbiased view about the best way forward.
