Outsource Partners International, Inc. today announced the appointment of Nina S. Bass as director of human resources.
Bass most recently served as vice president of human resources for the Carsey-Werner-Mandabach Company, an independent television production company, joining the organization in 1992. Prior, she was responsible for human resources at Imagine Films Entertainment, the feature film production company headed by director/producer Ron Howard."The rapid expansion of our organization across the United States, as well as the addition of staff at our offshore processing center in India, requires a professional of Nina's caliber and we look forward to her contributions," said Clarence T. Schmitz, chairman and chief executive officer of Outsource Partners International, Inc.
Bass is a member of several organizations, including the Society for Human Resources Management, Professionals in Human Resources Association, The Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, The California Chamber of Commerce, and the American Management Association. She is also a member of Business for Social Responsibility, where she served on its advisory council.
A native of California, Bass majored in biology at University of California, Los Angeles, prior to earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Human Resources Management from California State University
