Mercer acquires Australian HRPartnering Pty Ltd

Mercer Human Resource Consulting has acquired HRPartnering Pty Ltd (HRP), a specialist talent management business in Australia.
Based in Melbourne, HRP is a firm of 15 human resource and software professionals that has developed a unique approach to managing talent in major companies. Their consulting approach starts with the leadership and then looks at key talent throughout the organization, with web-based software playing a central part in this work.
Greg Cornish, global head of Mercer’s Human Capital Advisory Services business, said: “Major organizations are looking for professional help in identifying, retaining and expanding their top-performing teams, particularly those at leadership levels. HRP will enable us to enhance our global resources and range of offerings in this area.”
