Recruitment process outsourcing is growing substantially as organizations look for options to improve recruiting quality, speed, and cost efficiency. Broad Human Resource Outsourcing is also growing rapidly and frequently includes the recruitment function. The RPO Alliance consistently analyzes recruitment process outsourcing usage and needs directly from the HR community.  Ongoing initiatives include:

RPO Business Tools

Recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) is a complex business with a long sales cycle, impacted by the diverse needs of practitioners and service providers – all of whom often have different needs, dialects, and expectations.  What if service providers had tools they could use to help practitioner-buyers better understand, analyze, and communicate their needs, thereby enhancing overall interactions, simplifying purchasing decisions, and improving project outcomes? Better yet, what if those tools could actually increase the number of companies interested in outsourcing recruitment?

RPO Survey

In mid-2006, the RPO Alliance completed a broad, high-level RPO trends and usage survey. We thank all participants for their contributions.  The public release of the data was in a recent article in HRO Today magazine.  You can download a copy of the summary results: Document RPO Market Trends
