(NASDAQ: KELYA: 18.31, -0.68, -3.58%) (NASDAQ: KELYB: 19.89, +0.00, +0.00%), a global human resources solutions provider, announced today that it has signed an agreement to acquire all of the shares of the Portuguese subsidiaries of Randstad Holding N.V., Randstad - Empresa de Trabalho Temporario, Unipessoal, Lda and Randstad - Gestao de Processos, Lda. Terms were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close during the third quarter of this year.

"We look forward to entering the Portuguese market, and are genuinely excited about seizing future opportunities by building on the solid foundation Randstad has built there."
